Beginning Friday, June 13th, the State of Michigan will be updating their reporting systems which will interrupt selected services normally available on Pioneer's website. You will not be able to submit any changes to an auto policy online until the State concludes their efforts on or around Sunday, June 15th.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

What is “No-Fault Auto Insurance?"
Answer:
In most states, if there is an auto accident the at-fault driver's insurance company pays for every party’s injuries and/or physical damage stemming from that accident. Michigan’s auto law acts a little differently than other states and requires that each insurance company pay for its own policyholders’ injuries and/or physical damage. This concept was not altered in the changes made to Michigan auto insurance laws which passed in 2019.
