I have NEVER had an insurance agency treat me so well! [Name Removed] has been an absolute God Sent! I will NEVER have another company for my homeowners insurance. The care I received was very timely with the utmost respect and concern. She even helped me find 4 options to fix my problems. I had no idea who to even call. She checked on us 3-5 times a week to make sure we were ok. She even stuck up for us when the companies insisted we move out for 3-6 months. She kept us and our animals in our home and even provided assistance to help it happen. I could go on for days about each issue that she helped us with. Every single time she addressed us with respect, care for what WE wanted, and options for fixing it. Not 1 time did I EVER wait for her. The only suggestions I have is 1.
