Did we scare you?!

You were expecting a Halloween Safety blog, weren’t you? Sorry to disappoint but this week’s blog will NOT be focusing on anything insurance related! Spooky, right?

With Halloween right around the corner it is hard to avoid feeling at least a little bit of that spooky season spirit. Along with the Halloween season comes a laundry list of items you gotta do to make sure you are officially in the spooky spirit - and we are here to make sure you don’t miss a thing! Now, we know the costumes, candy, decorations, and jack-o-lanterns are pretty high on the priority list BUT what better way is there to get feeling Halloween-y than to have a good scare?! You know what we’re talking about: HAUNTED HOUSES!! It wouldn’t be spooky season without a little fear and fright so without further ado here is a list of some Michigan attractions that will help put some extra spooky-ness into your season:

  • Niles Scream Park, Niles, MI
  • Rotten Manor, Holly, MI
  • Shawhaven Haunted Farm, Mason, MI
  • Manistee’s Ghost Ship, Manistee, MI
  • The Edson Incident, Bay City, MI
  • Erebus Haunted Attraction, Pontiac, MI
  • Past Tense After Dark, Lapeer, MI
  • Abandoned Acres Farm Haunted Attraction, Sparta, MI
  • Ghost Farm of Kingsley, Kingsley, MI

We understand that everyone may not be looking for the adrenaline rush that can be invoked by your typical haunted house so we included some not-so-scary/family friendly options as well:

  • The Scream Machine, Taylor, MI
  • Witches of New Salem, Dorr, MI

We hope everyone has a Happy Halloween! If you were hoping for some Halloween safety tips, fear not! Go follow us on our social media, we will be posting some tips there later this week!

Stay safe, have fun, and get SPOOKY!
