Multi-Factor Authentication Issues

What if i forgot my MFA Device at home?
Contact your agency manager. They can issue you a temporary MFA code through your user profile found in the Agency Users section of the Agent Portal. (Profile->Agency Users)

Once you have been issued a temporary bypass code you can log in using that code for the next 24 hours. This can be done no more than three times in a month.

What if I lost or changed my MFA Device?
Contact your agency manager. They can issue you a temporary MFA code through your user profile found in the Agency Users section of the Agent Portal. (Profile->Agency Users)

Once you have been issued a temporary bypass code you can log in using it and go to “My User Info” and setup a new MFA device. Note: You will need the temporary bypass code for both the login and the creation of the new MFA device.

Once you have completed a new device setup, delete the old MFA device. Then log out and log back in again using your new device. This will make sure that the new device is working correctly before the bypass code expires.
