- Verbally, during a conversation
- By updating your contact preferences via your My Pioneer account
- Requesting SMS Alerts for e-Refund Notifications
- By filling out a paper form
6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list. If you wish to De-Enroll from electronic refunds (and receive paper checks for any applicable future refunds), reply “STOP01” to your notification text message regarding electronic refunds.
