This exciting opportunity will have you participating in the construction and managing of our web-based applications and services. Responsibilities will include building new applications, features and functions to allow our agents, policyholders and prospective clients to perform self-service functions.

A successful track record as a high performing software engineer who has delivered on-time, high quality technology-based products is necessary. Demonstrated experience in all areas of the system development life cycle (design, development & testing) is required. Candidates should enjoy a collaborative work environment and possess excellent communication skills that achieve clear understanding of the business needs, be independent, energetic and capable of driving results within specific project timelines. This position requires you to work from of our Home Office in Flint, Michigan with the current hybrid work schedule:
